Learners log in anytime, anywhere they have an internet connection to take courses. You view the reports of learner progress online through your secure website. Simply log in from any web browser and see results for every employee, group and course.

• Secure login allows learners to view only assigned courses.
• On the My eLearning page, learners can sort courses by Course Completion Status, Course Set, or Course Category. This allows learners increased control

• An eLearning course teaches Administrators how to use CLaaS Reports.
• View and edit information about learners, courses and groups.
• Search allows administrators to search CLaaS Reports for learners and courses.
• User lists allow administrators to organize learners into multiple teams. For example, if learners are organized into groups geographically, a user list might be created that includes all Learners with a particular job role.
• Group Information View allows Administrators to view numbers of total, active and disabled users in each group and sub-group.
• Course Information View allows Administrators to view course information such as course title, course description, viewer descriptions and search tags.
• Course sets organize courses for easier and faster assignment to learners, groups and user lists.
• Course sets also support delayed assignment based on a specific date or completion status of prerequisite courses.
• Assign courses and course sets to individuals, groups and user lists.
• Reports collate data for course sets and user lists in addition to learners, groups and individual courses.
• Retired status for courses prevents assignments of courses while retaining all learner course completion data.
• Unassign feature allows Administrators to remove a course from a learner's course list.

• AICC and SCORM-compliant courses can be imported by Powerusers.
• Lists of new learners can be imported from a spreadsheet.

• Licenses pools allow you to control the access of your customers to users, courses and tracking.
• Poweruser role allows you to view and track your customers' usage.
