Phasient Learning Technologies and ATW Training & Consulting Team Up to Develop New eLearning Courseware 

A recently announced partnership between two central Iowa training companies will provide a series of eLearning employee development courses for all employee levels in companies of all industries.

Ames, Iowa

June 9, 2008 -- Phasient Learning Technologies and ATW Training & Consulting announced today that they are teaming up to bring enhanced training opportunities to companies worldwide through the development of interactive online courses.

A series of eLearning employee development courses will be developed around ATW’s proven workplace training content.  This intellectual property has been developed and tested by ATW through years of practical application with companies in a wide-range of sizes and industries.  ATW’s employee development content, linked with Phasient’s expertise in creating highly interactive eLearning courses, will provide businesses with engaging training that meets the needs of today’s learners.

The first set of eLearning courses will address leadership topics.  These courses will feature business simulations, Virtual Role-Play and other forms of interactive leadership activities to assure effective, engaging and successful learning. Businesses have the option to customize these courses to match their unique company culture, products and business scenarios.
